Time and SpaceMy hands tremble and pulse races staring upward into an abyss of empty spaceTime and Space
Steadying my gaze the cosmos never looked so glorious
I wonder how many others before me had similar nights
Did they pose the same questions? Had they seeked the same answers?
The earth is a splendid machination of Providence,
Over four billions years of change has
transformed a disc of gas into a geode of wonder,
A lone human wasteland amid a fathomless abyss of nothingness
Where shall man stake his significance?

In a smoke-filled assemblage, you forever changed this life.
You crushed my spirits in that first glance,
The foresight of an eternal attachment flashing by
